Information we handle
We process account details, the business-card content you provide, access requests, enquiries submitted through published cards, and limited aggregate interaction events needed to operate card analytics.
How it is used
We use this information to provision and secure accounts, publish and maintain cards, deliver enquiries, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Public card content
Published card content and uploaded public media are available to anyone with the public URL. Do not publish information you want to keep private.
Providers and retention
We use infrastructure providers such as Supabase and our hosting provider to run the service. We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and operational obligations.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting support@v1cards.com. Enquiry senders should contact the card owner for requests concerning an enquiry.
